I am Sherridean, a Restorative Fine Artist and Culture Shaper dedicated to creating intentional visual environments that cultivate peace, hope, healing, and alignment.
Through expressive color, symbolic depth, and thoughtful design, my work transforms spaces into wells of encouragement and renewal — quietly ministering and restoring those who inhabit them.
I also mentor artists at every stage, from beginners to advanced, helping them grow confidently into their creative purpose and step into their calling as culture shapers.

Sherridean is a Barbadian, multi-award-winning Fine Artist and two-time nominee of the Icon Caribbean POSH Creative & Innovation Awards, recognized for a distinguished practice spanning over 30 years.
Her work is rooted in intentionality and spiritual depth, creating refined visual statements that edify, enlarge, and enlighten the soul. Each piece is thoughtfully composed to cultivate peace, hope, healing, and alignment within the environments it inhabits.
As Founder of Creative Art Well (est. 2012), she leads a restorative fine art practice serving private collectors, corporate spaces, and institutions locally and internationally. Her bespoke commissions are marked by excellence, discretion, and a commitment to creating meaningful, enduring works.
In addition to her studio practice, Sherridean is a qualified Fine Arts Educator and Art Mentor, shaping the next generation of artists with insight, structure, and vision.
Her work does not simply occupy space — it transforms atmosphere.

"When Rico & I first received our artwork, we were very thrilled. Having experienced deep loss as a couple at the time of receiving the artwork, we can truly say that it brought calm and still carries sentimental value today.

To date, we still reflect on the painting as we requested that the hand of God be reflected in the artwork as we saw the hand of God even in our life's experiences and also continually.

Certainly it has changed our space literally and figuratively speaking as the place where it sits was blank. However, the artwork brought life to that space and not just life but we see the hand of God in a picturesque and spiritual way as we go about our daily duties.

Using a mixed media approach, Sherridean’s interpretation intertwined my love for African dress by adding African material to the picture. The picture portrayed love and protection as it had two figures under an umbrella. The background of various shades of yellow gives the picture a bright and light feel.
Overall, it’s a beautiful touching, and personal piece that exudes our love and connection."
